Yesterday Twitter was buzzing about a video from the hall backstage at the “2019 Soribada Best K-Music Awards.” Fans noticed s staff member interacting with CLC Seungyeon. They have back and forth and depending on how you interpret it, it’s either he violently pushed her or she was just going back and forth.
Some CLC fans saw the video and freaked out at the possibility that she was pushed by the staff members, others pointed out that the camera angle doesn’t paint a clear picture of what’s going on. CLC Seungyeon was seen walking normally after her interaction with the staff member.
Check out the clip below:
To everyone:
If Seungyeon was hurt by staff, then she already reported it on call and people already know.
But afterwards seungyeon seems fine, and so it could be taken out of context? We don’t know the full story..
Anyways here’s the full video. pic.twitter.com/rYceANzjvC

Fans trended hashtags and emailed Cube Entertainment asking for a logical explanation of what happened. Some feared the worst. However, those fears went away when Seungyeon herself clarified what happened, she wrote in both Korean and English explaining her side of the story and how it was taken out of context,
“Hey guys! I know that there has been a drama about the clip at Soribada festival yesterday. I would like to make it clear that nothing bad happened yesterday at all!! I was just joking around with one of my friend in front of our green room. I think it was because of the ANGLE that made everyone think that something bad happened to me yesterday. Thank you so much for worrying about me guys but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BAD HAPPENED so there’s nothing to worry about.”
Fans left many comments thanking her for speaking up and clarifying what happened as it was becoming a bigger issue.
What do you think of this?
